Job Description Basic Function: To manage all aspects of the mixing process to ensure that quality products are being produced in a safe and efficient manner. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Warehouse and Supervisor to receive necessary materials required for work order. Check raw material labeling against work order to ensure correct materials are being utilized. Weigh materials and record measurements against work order to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize mixing equipment in a safe manner in line with associated procedures and training ensuring all equipment is being maintained and calibrated for use. Clean station and equipment throughout use, ensuring that at shift end working area is fully cleaned and clear of any debris, following 5S principles. Close out each mixing order by ensuring paperwork is complete and return raw materials as required. Communicate with extruder operator to ensure material charges are ready in a timely manner. Work with supervisor to plan daily timeline of mixing charges as needed Follow company policies to promote a safe and productive environment through effective teamwork and communication.
