Press Operator
Pay: $23.25/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; must work 2 Saturdays per month
Location: Belding, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Press Operator for our Robroy Industries client to start immediately at $23.25/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Set up dies, fixtures, and machine settings for efficient production
Measure, weigh, and prepare materials according to specifications
Operate power press equipment safely while maintaining quality standards
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet print and quality requirements
Make real-time process adjustments to reduce defects and maintain quality
Track production, inventory, and document all job-related activities
Properly address non-conforming materials or products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all ISO procedures, safety protocols, and company policies

Qualifications

Prior machine operator experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Ability to take accurate measurements and work with precision
Experience with manufacturing tools such as drill presses, reamers, and files
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Comfortable working in heat and temperature-variable conditions

Skills

Power press operation and die setup
Fixture and machine setup and operation
Safety procedures and quality inspection
Measurement, weighing, and material preparation
Deburring, drilling, reaming, finishing work
Making process adjustments for defect reduction
Inventory tracking and documentation
Working within ISO procedures and using manufacturing tools
