Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member
Red Tail Golf Club – Devens, MA
Red Tail Golf Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our seasonal grounds maintenance team. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team that keeps the golf course in top playing condition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily golf course maintenance including mowing, raking bunkers, trimming, and course setup
- Operate basic grounds equipment under supervision
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from work (shift starts at 5:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- No prior experience necessary (training provided), but experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus
Position Details:
- Seasonal position (remainder of golf season)
