Pool Attendant

Esplanade Golf & Country Club , located in Naples, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Pool Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in hospitality.
• CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire)
• Strong communication skills with members
• Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.
• High school education is a plus
• Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality
• Some weekends would be required; mostly a Monday-Friday Job
• Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
