Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state of Florida
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CF applicants encouraged (supervision provided)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and passion for student success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, either onsite or through a hybrid model
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s communication goals
- Maintain detailed records on progress, assessments, and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
