About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for HR AI Enablement to lead the HR aspects of its enterprise AI acceleration initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring workforce readiness, enabling the adoption of AI tools and processes, and aligning talent strategies to support AI-driven business transformation. This role involves overseeing enterprise talent management, learning, and leadership development functions to ensure the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and support to thrive in an AI-enabled environment. The VP will also design and drive the enterprise workforce strategy, establish ethical AI use frameworks, and lead the integration of AI into business processes to maximize value and manage risk. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology transformation, talent strategies, and change management. A proven track record in leading enterprise-scale business transformations that leverage AI and digital technologies is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in redesigning operating models, optimizing workflows, and leading upskilling and reskilling strategies. A strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity is required, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree and having experience in industrial or asset-intensive organizations. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive the vision for AI integration, establish value measurement systems, and ensure the workforce is prepared for the future of work.
