Claims Service Specialist – Virginia Beach, VA Salary: $22.34 – $26.46 hourly ($45,000 – $53,000 annually) Hybrid role: 100% in‑office training (6–9 months), then 4 days in office and 1 day from home weekly. Responsibilities Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details. Collect statements from involved parties. Provide customer support to policyholders during claim process. Assist in timely resolution to get customers back on the road. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience delivering outstanding customer service and building trust. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment.
