Representative - Count Room

Description

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Collect and count revenue from various drop sources per the company's internal controls and departmental guidelines
• Count, sort, and organize all currency, coins, coupons, chips, and paperwork from the drop container; strap and hand-stamp money bundles; delivers to cashiers as applicable
• Retrieve drop boxes from the storage area and appropriately store all boxes and carts
• Load currency counters, utilize the counter interface, and collect, sort, and reconcile funds
• Enters count information into applicable software applications
• Load appropriate boxes into carts and pushes and pull carts to designated areas for transportation to the casino floor
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $24.11/hr

• $7 Daily Employee Parking Garage

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Must occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds
• Frequently required to push and pull heavy carts across the casino floor and back of house area

Qualifications
Education High School (required)
Experience Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
* Must have above-average math skills to count money accurately and quickly (required)
* Must have excellent customer service skills (required)
* Must be proficient in using a 10-key calculator and other office equipment (required)
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
* Six months of experience in money handling experience preferred (preferred)
* Must be able to work various shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays (required)
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (required)
