Puckett's Restaurant at Nashville International Airport is hiring servers to join our team. SLA Worldwide is a growing organization seeking reliable, guest-focused individuals with an energetic and positive attitude. Position Details

Location: Nashville International Airport

Schedule: Day and evening shifts (based on airport traffic)

Pay Rate: $2.50 per hour + Great tips

What You'll Do

As a server, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. Your focus will be on delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent service.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Delivering food and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Processing payments and operating the POS system.
• Collaborating with kitchen and team members for smooth service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
• Creating a positive experience that encourages guests to return.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.
• Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and POS systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 20–30 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Shift Schedule

Our most common scheduling needed windows include:

• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – Close

Shifts may vary slightly depending on airport traffic and business needs. Flexibility is key in this environment, as guest volume can shift quickly.
