Registered Nurse - Westborough, Hopkinton Area - VNA Care VNA Care is currently hiring RNs to join our team that covers visits in Westborough, Hopkinton and Holliston area. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention and support. Salary range: $86,000 - $129,00 for a full-time schedule, would need to adjust for a part time schedule. Schedules Work three to five days, 8a-2p or 8a-4:30p, Monday - Friday Qualifications Must hold a valid MA RN License in good standing Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience; acute care experience is beneficial Ability to work with compassion, organization, and excellent multitasking skills Willingness to travel within a designated territory Responsibilities Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide necessary care Utilize Case Management, Oasis E documentation, Time Management, and EMR system, Home Care Home Base Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Additional Details Company benefits available from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits Three weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays, and six floating holidays Comprehensive Home Health orientation program and ongoing support from the team To find out more about VNA Care and our commitment to quality patient care, visit vnacare.org.
