Aerospace Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Cincinnati, OHCompensation: $95k/yr+Requirements6+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environmentProficiency in 3D CAD software, with emphasis on SolidWorksStrong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining processesExperience developing cost estimates for various manufacturing projectsAbility to analyze manufacturing problems and implement effective solutionsFixture design and weld robot programming experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements, including cost, quality, and delivery targetsEstimate time and material costs for a wide range of manufacturing projects and componentsCreate and maintain process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Collaborate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and shop floor personnel to confirm requirements and ensure alignmentIdentify and resolve production issues such as scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and manufacturing challengesModify and develop engineering drawings to support sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and forming processesReview engineering changes, customer documentation (ECRs, drawings, memorandums), and implement updates to internal processes and programs
