Now Hiring For The Following Positions Direct Support Professional (DSP) Starting Pay: $19.00 – $20.44 per hour DSPs provide compassionate, person‑centered support that empowers individuals to live independently, build daily living skills, and actively engage in their communities. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred Strong communication and technology skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus Medical Support Professional (MSP) Starting Pay: $20.04 – $21.48 per hour MSPs provide hands‑on support focused on health, wellness, safety, and daily care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others thrive. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred Commitment to professional growth and teamwork Available Shifts
