Resident Assistant Job Details: 

• Hours – Part-time, Day Shift 7am - 3pm and Evening Shift 3pm - 11pm
• Pay Range – $18 - $22 / hour (Based on experience, room to grow!)
• Location – Cottagewood Senior Communities - Mankato 

Resident Assistant Benefits: 

• Shift Differentials - $1 per hour for evening shift
• CNA Pay- If candidate has CNA license (Not mandatory), they receive $1 more an hour.

Resident Assistant Job Objective(s): 

The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. Responsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating in activities and outings. 

Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement 
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. 
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. 
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
