Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-performance respiratory therapy services across a diverse patient population
• Deliver care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license or eligibility to practice in Hawaii
• Demonstrated ability to function at a full-performance level independently
• Competency in caring for patients across all age groups
• Availability to work night shifts, including potential weekend shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
