EHS Manager [AA-15239]

A building products manufacturer is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to support operations within a precast concrete production facility. This person will be responsible for driving safety and environmental performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture across the site. The Role

• Lead and strengthen safety and environmental programs to support a safe, compliant, and productive manufacturing operation.
• Conduct facility inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits while driving corrective actions to completion.
• Develop and deliver training programs covering key topics such as lockout/tagout, PPE, fall protection, confined space entry, and safe material handling practices.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, including waste, air, and water management requirements.
• Analyze safety performance metrics, develop improvement initiatives, and partner with leaders and employees to advance safety culture and accountability.

The Candidate

• 3+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing, construction, industrial, or similar operational environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, hazard assessments, and incident investigation processes.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence employees at all levels, and lead safety initiatives through collaboration and accountability.
• Experience supporting environmental compliance programs and implementing continuous improvement efforts. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree preferred; OSHA 30 certification or similar credentials are advantageous, with the ability to obtain additional certifications as needed.
