What You Will Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and service work on complex mechanical systems
• Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, air handlers, VAV systems, pumps, and associated controls
• Work directly with facility managers, customers, and operations teams
• Document service work and maintain accurate records
• Support emergency service calls when required
• Ensure work is completed safely and professionally

What We Are Seeking

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing large commercial, healthcare, mission critical, industrial, or data center facilities
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigeration systems, chillers, boilers, and mechanical systems
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
