You curate handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through a thoughtful spirits selection, and deliver seamless, luxury-level service in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.From classic European aperitifs to innovative seasonal creations, every cocktail must reflect balance, precision, and beauty.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present handcrafted cocktails with consistency and artistryDemonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spiritsEngage guests with warmth, sophistication, and confidenceMaintain immaculate bar presentation and organizationManage bar inventory, prep, and par levels with attention to detailCollaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiencesAnticipate guest preferences and deliver intuitive five-star serviceAdhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service standardsBe a story tellerQualifications4+ years of lead bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferredStrong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craftsmanshipExperience with classic cocktail techniques (stirred, shaken, smoked, infused, etc.)Polished appearance and professional demeanorAbility to remain composed and precise during high-volume serviceAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holidaysInventory Management and POS Integration experienceAt Wilhelm und Werner, the bar is a stage for craftsmanship and connection.
