Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Current state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience or clinical practice in pediatric and school-based settings
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, specialists, and families
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups
• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal mandates
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide support and coaching to teachers and caregivers to enhance communication strategies within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team collaborations
• Advocate for students’ communication needs across educational settings
