The Counter Sales Associate acts as the primary point of contact for NAPAs retail and wholesale customers. A person in this position is responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customers receive a good experience. Build good relationships with NAPA customers. ~ Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs. ~ Secure correct parts and resolving issues for customers. ~ Maintain appearance of store and displays. ~ Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise. Paid holidays ~Store discount ~ Previous retail sales experience preferred. Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging. Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift. Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds. Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids. Valid Drivers License required for some locations based on store needs.
