Job Description Job Description We are looking for an Office Assistant for part time work in Ormond Beach.
Job Overview: The Office Assistant ensuring smooth daily operations by handling clerical tasks, managing communications, maintaining files, and providing excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Communication & Front Desk: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
Clerical Support: Perform data entry, scan, copy, and file documents. Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
Correspondence: Sort, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels, restock breakrooms, and place orders to keep the office properly equipped
Office Organization:
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory is stocked and readily available.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
Communication:
Distribute internal communications and announcements.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters or updates.
Facilities Management:
Coordinate office maintenance
Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
