This role supports both interior and exterior facility care, including sanitation tasks, light maintenance, and seasonal snow/ice removal. The Sanitation Associate plays a key part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for associates, visitors, and vendors.What You'll Do:Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, breakroom, restrooms, conference room, offices, and other common areasRemove refuse and cardboard from offices and building daily; dispose of shrink wrap and other debris properlyOperate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as neededSupport exterior upkeep, including removal of snow and ice, sweeping walkways, and keeping entryways clear and safeAssist with light facilities maintenance (e.g., trash removal, minor repairs, landscaping support)Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment according to OSHA regulations, housekeeping requirements, and SiteOne quality standardsPartner with operations and facilities teams to ensure sanitation and safety standards are metOther general duties as assignedSkills We Are Seeking0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required)Must be willing to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment; certification on multiple pieces of equipment is rewarded with additional pay.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiativePhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet (standing/walking) for up to 90% of the shiftDependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented and customer service skillsValid NM driver's licenseAble to pass background and drug screenPunctual, honest and friendly.Good team playerCompensation & BenefitsSiteOne offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support the well-being of our associates.
