Controller

A $105M and growing sales and distribution company is seeking a Controller to lead their accounting function across its North American operations.

The Controller will oversee accounting, controls, and consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity organization. This leader will also play a key role in acquisition due diligence and integration as the company continues to expand.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

• Accounting and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and operating locations
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Leadership, development, and expansion of the accounting team
• Company-wide accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards
• External audits and relationships with auditors and other financial partners
• Standardization of processes, controls, systems, and reporting across acquired businesses

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidated reporting, internal controls, and financial reporting
• CPA is a plus
