IT Project Manager (US)

Overview Solina is looking for an IT Project Manager (US) to lead the delivery of enterprise application projects across our manufacturing sites and business functions. This position will be based in the United States. Key Responsibilities Demand intake & scoping – gather business needs, translate into clear IT requirements, challenge against the digital roadmap, define scope, success criteria, and delivery approach. Planning, governance & reporting – build and maintain delivery plans, run governance, manage risk and issue logs, coordinate dependencies, and report to leadership. Budget & vendor management – estimate workload, manage budget tracking, participate in RFPs and vendor selection, control subcontractor effectiveness, and manage change requests. Solution delivery & quality – coordinate design, build, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and ensure documentation and release readiness. Change, deployment & adoption – prepare cutover/go‑live plans, communications, training, hyper‑care, support change management and business readiness. Transition to Run & Level3 expertise – execute structured transition to Run, provide Level3 functional/technical expertise for incidents, support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions. Business analysis support for small/medium initiatives – facilitate workshops, document requirements, translate into actionable work, coordinate with product owners and solution leads for large programmes. Success Measures Milestones delivered on time, within scope, with documented decisions. Budget and vendor performance effectively managed with clear accountability. Go‑lives executed with stable hyper‑care, clean handover and limited disruption to plants. High stakeholder satisfaction and measurable adoption of delivered solutions. Reduced recurrence of major issues through effective root‑cause analysis and corrective actions. Qualifications 4+ years of IT project management experience. Proven ERP or enterprise application implementation experience. Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration. Experience in manufacturing and multi‑site environments preferred. Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies. PMP certification preferred; Agile certification is a plus. Fluent English required. Professional ethics. Willingness to travel.
