Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Tech for our properties in Denison, Texas. The successful candidate will:1-3 years general maintenance experienceEPA certification (a plus)A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
