Five Guys is serving up excellent opportunities in our Southern Pines location, and we are interviewing for crew members and shift managers to join our team.

We will be hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, 09/01 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Sign up here to secure an interview at the event but walk-ins will also be welcomed.

What You'll Do

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems
