Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Del Norte Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representativeto serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment. Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $15 - $19 per hour for each hour worked This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with 8-hour shifts and availability needed Monday-Saturday. Saturday mornings are required. The hospital offers digital X-ray, digital dental radiography, and a stand-alone isolation ward, supporting both routine and medical cases in a dedicated clinical environment.
