Barista

Part-Time Barista Position

We are seeking part-time Baristas for our Starbucks store located in the Sanford Locken Lobby. Must be available most weekends, including mornings and afternoons!

Role Summary: Strives to exceed customer needs and expectations as well as build customer relations. Provides a clean and welcoming store environment. Models and acts in accordance with operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all team members. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

• Ensures workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked to support efficient operations.
• Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards in all product preparation and service activities.
• Assists in training new team members to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
• Suggests improvements to workflow, menu offerings, or customer service practices to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Detail oriented.
• Customer service experience helpful.
• Works well alone and with others.
