As Marketing Coordinator, You Will Lead proposal development from start to finish, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements. Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, schedules, and deadlines to keep projects on track. Manage various phases of procurement Develop and maintain resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials tailored to client needs. Edit and refine documents for clarity, grammar, style, and content. Support client interviews and presentations, including preparation and rehearsal. Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations. Attend pre-proposal meetings, debrief sessions, and industry conferences as needed. Qualifications Seeking a Proactive Professional with 1–2 years of experience in A/E industry marketing. An understanding of proposal development processes for public agencies. Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat (Word, PowerPoint, Excel required). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus.
