Director of Performance Marketing

To lead and scale the global performance marketing engine, the full-time Director of Performance Marketing will own strategy, budget management, and paid acquisition outcomes, while collaborating cross-functionally and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize investment and drive measurable results in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the Performance Marketing targets and strategy, executing a global roadmap for paid acquisition and pipeline goals Lead budget planning, forecasting, and allocation across channels, making disciplined investment decisions based on business impact Set channel strategy for Paid Search and Paid Social, ensuring effective execution, optimization, and measurement Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related B2B SaaS disciplines Deep expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social with a strong understanding of B2B acquisition and measurement Proven track record of managing significant global media budgets, including planning and reallocation Strong financial and analytical skills to connect investment decisions to qualified demand and ROI Experience building high-performing teams and effectively leveraging external agency partnerships
