Freight Logistics Dispatcher – Yard Admin Fort Worth, TX Freight Logistics Dispatcher at Nexeo Staffing. We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to support a high-volume distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. This fast-paced administrative role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, checking in drivers, and providing cross‑functional support for warehouse, yard, and transportation operations. Responsibilities Manage driver check‑in/out procedures for inbound and outbound deliveries. Communicate effectively with internal teams, yard personnel, and external carriers via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Pull data and generate reports from various systems to support yard and dock operations. Monitor shipment status, load schedules, and communicate ETAs. Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and dock availability. Support administrative functions related to logistics, such as manifest preparation and load tracking. Uphold safety, accuracy, and professionalism while operating in a high‑volume environment. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in shipping/receiving, transportation coordination, or warehouse customer service. Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web‑based systems. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or GED required. Must pass a 10‑year national background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
