Job Description

Position Title: Program Manager

Wage: Up to $80,000/year

Our client in Kansas City, KS is seeking an Program Manager to oversee multiple programs within a fast paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving schedule adherence, coordinating cross functional activities, supporting customer needs, and ensuring delivery of high quality, cost effective products.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage program schedules, action items, and daily priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside service providers to maintain on time delivery
- Support customer communication, engagement, and quoting activities
- Lead team meetings, track production status, and escalate risks as needed
- Review financial and performance metrics, including WIP and revenue projections
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements for Program Manager:
- Strong background with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Solid understanding of procurement, quoting, and project management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
