We take an active approach to supply chain management by communicating with our customers frequently and relaying their needs to our suppliers. Use measuring instruments and visual analysis to inspect precision parts in a CNC machine shop. Several types of inspections (both routine and special) are required, some within the inspection lab, and some at production work centers. Accuracy, efficiency, and correct documentation are critical. Senior inspectors have a level of skill and experience that allows them to quickly detect non-conformances, document them properly, and suggest corrective action. In addition, senior inspectors provide training and assistance to the less-experienced inspectors and machinists they work with.
