Candidate Pay Rate: $72 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence in daily activities
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Clinical assessment and evaluation

• Patient education and caregiver training

• Documentation and record-keeping
• Rehabilitation experience
