Joining RWJBarnabas Health means joining a community where every RN is encouraged to grow, innovate, and lead with purpose.The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a 12-bed critical care unit that provides comprehensive care for hemodynamically unstable patients. The unit delivers advanced, evidence-based therapies including continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella management and targeted temperature management (TTM).
