Hospice Sales Executive

San Antonio, TX (Medical Center and South San Antonio territory)

$75,000 to $100,000 per year, base salary plus bonus

This organization provides hospice care services and is looking for a sales professional to grow referral relationships across the Medical Center and South San Antonio territory. The role focuses on promoting hospice programs and services to physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer or may refer patients to hospice care.

Schedule: Full time.

Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 per year base salary, plus bonus opportunities tied to performance.

What You'll Do

This person will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer or may refer patients to hospice care, acting as the face of the hospice program in the local healthcare community. The role requires an energetic, compassionate approach to sales and marketing, along with the ability to work independently while expanding and deepening referral relationships across a diverse network of healthcare partners.

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of hospice or home health sales experience
• Established referral source relationships within the local healthcare community
• Experience using contact management software
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into both hospice and home health settings
• Existing relationships with physicians or facilities specifically within the Medical Center or South San Antonio area
• Background in healthcare, medical device, or clinical services sales
