Logistics Buyer Assistant - Associate

Description

Essential job Functions:

• Preparation of paperwork, data entry to book invoice

• Print, copy, sort, and scan document

• Track incoming shipments and update receiving calendar

• Verify invoice with PO and adjust PO accordingly.

• Print/prepare price tags for incoming merchandise

• Assist inventory quantity check

• Assist making new item file and PO

• Assist preparation and receiving Domestic/Import shipments

• Assist procurement of the merchandises

• Search for the trend and new merchandise

• Assist preparation and perform annual inventory

other job functions:

• Works as part of a team to accomplish tasks as needed and directed

• Continuous improvement by evaluation processes and improves operational quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

• Follow company policies and handbook

• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.); or One or two years related experience

• Must have computer background.

• Strong understanding of the Japanese culture

• Bilingual in Japanese preferred but not required

other qualifications:

• Able to communicate effectively in English with supervisors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company

• Able to work effectively and relate well with others Including supervisors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company

• Able to do basic arithmetic which includes subtraction, addition, division, multiplication and counting of items. The employee must also be able to analyze and solve simple problems

• Able to read and comprehend written information

• Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint
