Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
1. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and marinating.
2. Cook meals according to recipes or as instructed by the chef.
3. Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is presented attractively.
4. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
5. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications:
1. Proven experience working in a kitchen environment.
2. Knowledge of food safety practices.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Certification in food handling is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Open interviews on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM - 4 PM.
- Bring documents to complete the Form I-9 if selected after the interview (passport, driver's license, and Social Security card).
