Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PAM Architect with strong expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Conjur to support an enterprise secrets-management and privileged-access security environment.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure secrets-management solutions using CyberArk Conjur and related CyberArk technologies. The role requires strong knowledge of PAM architecture, application credential management, secrets rotation, access controls, and integration with enterprise applications and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect CyberArk PAM and Conjur-based secrets-management solutions.

- Define architecture for securely storing, managing, rotating, and accessing application secrets and credentials.

- Implement CyberArk Conjur across application, cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure environments.

- Integrate Conjur with applications, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, and other enterprise platforms.

- Design privileged-access controls, authentication mechanisms, credential rotation, and secure access workflows.

- Work with security, IAM, infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to implement PAM solutions.

- Develop technical architecture documents, solution designs, integration patterns, and implementation standards.

- Troubleshoot complex CyberArk/Conjur integration and authentication issues.

- Support migration of credentials/secrets from legacy solutions into CyberArk.

- Establish security controls around privileged accounts and machine identities.

- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements.

- Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural recommendations.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in PAM / IAM / Cybersecurity.

- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM.

- Strong experience with CyberArk Conjur.

- Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management.

- Strong understanding of privileged accounts, service accounts, application credentials, and secrets.

- Experience designing and implementing secrets rotation and credential-management solutions.

- Experience integrating Conjur with enterprise applications and DevOps platforms.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.

- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

- Knowledge of cloud security and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD environments is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of IAM, authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security controls.

- Ability to create architecture and technical design documentation.

Preferred Skills

- CyberArk Defender/Engineer/Architect certification.

- Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or other IAM platforms.

- Experience with DevSecOps.

- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.

- Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code experience.

- Enterprise-scale CyberArk implementations.

- Utility/energy industry experience.
