Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator to drive high-quality, patient-centered trauma care. In this role, you will lead trauma performance improvement by analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and implementing evidence-based protocols. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support trauma designation and regulatory compliance, and facilitate case reviews and education. This position blends advanced clinical expertise with quality improvement to enhance outcomes and support a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement in a dynamic acute care setting.
