Job Full Description This is a long-term position for a client in WINDSOR MO.
The Inventory Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all materials, supplies, and inventory items are accurately allocated and posted to the appropriate jobs. The role serves as a critical link between operations, purchasing, inventory, and accounting to ensure the integrity of job cost reporting and inventory tracking. • Accurately post inventory, materials, and supply costs to the appropriate jobs, work orders, and projects.
• Maintain and update job costing records in the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders, invoices, inventory records, and production reports
This is primarily an administrative position but at times will require shipping/receiving duties and forklift experience.
