At Hand & Stone in Wayne, our Spa Associates are the first impression of the spa. You'll help create an exceptional guest experience while educating clients about the value of our membership program and the benefits of making self-care part of their routine. What You'll Do: Welcome, empower, and connect with guests with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule and manage appointments Recommend and sell our membership program with confidence Help resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby Support a positive, team-oriented environment We're Looking for Someone Who: Is genuinely friendly, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with people Believes in the benefits of regular massage and skincare Is comfortable discussing and selling memberships Provides exceptional customer service and stays calm under pressure Can handle difficult conversations without taking complaints personally Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Enjoys working as part of a supportive team Schedule: We're currently looking for coverage on: Evenings (3-9pm) and Weekends (8:30-7pm) Perks: Free or heavily discounted massages and facials (based on eligibility and availability) Employee discounts on premium skincare products Work alongside an amazing team of service providers Opportunities for growth and advancement Pay: $15 - $18/per hour based on experience I acknowledge that I am applying for employment with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, a separate company and employer from Hand and Stone Franchise Corp. and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
