Technical Operations Manager (Fully Remote)

Technical Expertise and Client Engagement:

Serve as primary technical contact for 250-350 MW distributed solar portfolio.
Review service reports and join weekly client calls to provide technical expertise.
Build strong relationships with clients, field partners, and internal teams.

Operational Support and Field Coordination:

Investigate issues using monitoring platforms and initiate performance improvements.
Manage tickets for planned and unplanned service activities.
Coordinate with field service partners and external engineering firms for retrofits.

Battery Storage and Continuous Improvement:

Own technical aspects of Commercial BESS program including sales and operations.
Contribute to SOPs and QA/QC program updates.
Support sales and product development initiatives.
