Benefits: Bonus based on performance Paid time off Profit sharing Job Responsibilities: Plumbing installation for new mobile/modular homes, including bathtubs, toilets, and water heaters Work primarily on mobile and modular homes, with opportunities in residential and commercial projects Routine maintenance and remodeling for owned properties Requirements: Construction and repair experience, with a basic understanding of plumbing and carpentry Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation Own hand tools (larger tools provided) Experience or background in construction or mobile homes No physical issues preventing climbing ladders, crawling under homes, working on roofs, lifting heavy items, or working in extreme temperatures Ability to work well with others; no temper issues Background check and drug test required Compensation: Pay will be discussed based on experience; more experience may lead to higher pay.
