Your responsibilities include:Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and paintingCompleting routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and groundsResponding promptly to maintenance requests and work ordersEnsuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and life safety standardsMaintaining fire safety systems, emergency lighting, and equipmentPerforming preventative maintenance to avoid disruptions in serviceAssisting with apartment turnovers, preparing units for new residentsMaintaining grounds, including snow removal and lawn care as neededCoordinating with vendors and contractors when necessaryKeeping accurate maintenance logs and documentationYou’ll go home each day knowing you played a key role in providing a safe and comfortable home for residents and supporting the team behind the scenes.Required:High school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenanceAbility to troubleshoot and complete repairs independentlyAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbsStrong time management and organizational skillsPreferred:Previous maintenance experience in assisted living, healthcare, or multi-family housingExperience with preventative maintenance programsFamiliarity with safety regulations and building codesValid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
