Line Cook Line Cook. Pay: $15.78 - $19.03 per hour. Responsibilities Prepare food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. Maintain guest satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Provide a free meal each shift in addition to base pay. Requirements Must be 17 or older. Benefits Flexible work schedules. 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for family. Referral bonuses for bringing new members. Additional compensation and benefits listed below. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
