We're seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services in supportive educational settings, with both part-time (14–21 hours/week) and full-time (35 hours/week) opportunities available. Positions can be combined to create a full-time schedule for those seeking a comprehensive workweek.

Settings include elementary and middle schools serving grades PK–8th, with tailored caseloads and collaboration alongside established SLPs or independently depending on the site. Your Qualifications:

• Active and current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• School-based SLP experience is a plus, but dedicated pediatric/clinical backgrounds considered
• Ability to complete district credentialing, including fingerprinting (previous AHCA prints transferred if eligible)
• Commitment to providing on-site support; digital-only (VOCO) candidates not considered for these roles
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with staff or working solo

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services and evaluations for students’ communication needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain thorough records, write progress reports, and communicate with families and staff
• Participate in school-based professional collaboration to support student outcomes
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment

Experience a flexible, structured contract from ASAP through June 2027. You’ll work at one or two schools based on your chosen schedule, with different age group focuses available—from early intervention to middle-grade communication support.
