Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians, governed by credentialing
• Providing education to patients and their families on preventive measures, wellness practices, and disease management
• Prescribing the appropriate medications and therapies within your scope

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Indiana
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or the capability to obtain these within 90 days)
