Key Responsibilities: Assists in complex projects which utilize management analysis and research techniques to identify: short, medium, and long-term policy options, impacts of policies to stakeholders & laws, and priorities. Assists in the review of materials. Prepares reports detailing the efficacy of programs and policies, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations. Assesses the impact of proposed legislation and prepared fiscal estimates. Present analyses and recommendations to committees. High level of knowledge of program, policy, and funding issues. Strong public presentation skills. Provides editorial and content feedback. Evaluates policy principles to describe values driving decisions and directions. Reviews requests and answers questions regarding policies and procedures. Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
