The ideal candidate should have experience working with children aged 3-5 years old and possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and creative, with the ability to engage and inspire our little learners. A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with Pre-K - 4 or Private Academic Nursery Schoolcertification ispreferred. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians.
