Quality Technician

Job Full Description Responsibilities Act as the QA/QC Manager's representative in their absence Perform physical inspections and quality verifications Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) Verify proper materials and assemblies are in place prior to welding Coordinate with shop supervisors and production teams to resolve quality concerns Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and project requirements Qualifications Understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred Experience performing inspections, testing, audits, and corrective action activities is highly desirable 1-2 years of experience using construction or industrial tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Express Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
